We currently have two vacancies available for Quiksilver, one of the world's largest manufacturers of surfwear and other boardsport-related equipment. Their mission is to become the leading global youth apparel company; to maintain their core focus and roots while bringing their lifestyle message of boardriding, independence, creativity and innovation to this global community.

Store Manager

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of retail management experience, ideally within the sports/fashion environment, who has a passion for our core sports, brands and lifestyle.

The Store Manager will be responsible for:
  • Achieving store Sales Targets and maximising profitability through the effective management of store team and implementation of company commercial operations, policies and procedures.

  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service with the ethos that the "Customer is King". Leading the team by example whilst recruiting, training and developing the team.

  • All aspects of profit and loss, with a clear understanding of a retail business focusing on the achievement of specific KPIs (UPT, AVT etc).

  • Ensuring that store merchandising is exemplary.

  • Taking a proactive approach to the business trends and needs.
The ideal candidate must have proven people management skills, a drive for results and be able to demonstrate delivery of customer service excellence throughout their career. Excellent organisational, problem solving and communications skills are essential.

Sales Assistants

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who works or wants to work in retail and who has a passion for our core sports, brands and lifestyle.

The Sales Assistant role is to, amongst other things, help achieve the store Sales Targets and KPIs ensuring the highest level of customer service with the ethos that the "Customer is King" and ensuring that the store merchandising guidelines are followed.

The ideal candidate must have proven customer service and communications skills and be target and results orientated.
